What we collect
Your email address, postcode, and a few answers about your household energy setup (energy type, household size, solar/battery/EV, and what matters most to you). That's it — no billing details, no account passwords.
How it's stored
Your email address is encrypted at rest before it's saved. We use it only to send you plan alerts and the confirmation email required to activate your subscription.
How it's used
Your postcode and setup are used to estimate the annual cost of energy plans available in your area, and to email you when a materially better option appears. We never sell or share your data with third parties.
Emails
We use double opt-in: you must click a confirmation link before any alert emails are sent. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, in line with the Australian Spam Act.
Your data, your choice
Unsubscribing permanently deletes your subscriber record, including your encrypted email address. If an unsubscribe link ever doesn't work, or you want your data removed some other way,contact us and we'll handle it manually.
